I did not get to see the actual arrangement. I had a call about the flowers not being in stock. I was bummed because it was my favorite flowers. They gentleman that called and apologized and offered something different and asked if he could deliver it a day earlier. I was thankful for the extra effort on his part. Customer service is A+.
